Who said experiences is the only factor to success?
If someone come to you and said you don’t have to further to study , then please consider to think deeply about it because maybe it works for them but not you. What I’m trying to say is maybe the job can fix with their experiences but it does not mean it perfect for you. Or maybe they just got lucky to work in the field that need their expertise.
Practically, maybe they can build their career in their field line but for the long term, I think it can’t guarantee them to grab more good opportunity in the future. What I’m trying to say is they should have the knowledge in their field so that they can put themselves in the top level. As an example, you are a manager and have work for the A company for 15 years. Then, the company collapsed and you need to find another new job, do you think your new company can give you the same salary just based on your experiences? Definitely no right?
Now let think in the other way around. Let’s say you apply for a job with a good record of 15 years working experience PLUS, your Degree or Master, do you think you can demand for your new salary? Of course you can because you got all it takes. That’s why you must have a knowledge and experience.
